Summer Legal Internship Opportunities Legal Interns assist prosecutors in the Juvenile, District, and Superior Courts and the Appeals and Training Bureau. First year law students gain experience in legal research, writing, and case preparation. Second year law students who are certified under SJC Rule 3:03 may appear in Juvenile and District Courts as a student prosecutor, supervised by an Assistant District Attorney can apply.
