Law Firm is seeking to hire a Litigation Associate for a Insurance Coverage and Complex Property Damage practice. Must have some civil litigation experience. Midtown and Westchester locations. Associate Attorney The candidate must have 2-4 years of experience in medical malpractice defense.
Senior Lawyer The candidate should have a . and/or . degree from a well-known and accredited law school. Must be a practicing lawyer with 5+ years of practice experience. Practice experience in financial, criminal, real estate, immigration services, civil law, or related fields needed. Large firm experience is preferred.
Senior Counsel Duties: Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of contractual documents related to re-negotiations, renewals, upsells, amendments, and account wind-down. Litigation Associate The candidate should have 1-4 years of legal experience. Outstanding academic credentials and strong research and writing skills are required.
Associate Attorney The candidate should have 1 – 2 years of experience. Should have Passed NY Bar Exam. Excellent research and writing skills are a must. Knowledge of a foreign language.
Mid-level Associates The candidate must have 3-8 years of litigation experience; demonstrated background and interest in employment law.
Junior Associates The candidate must have 1-3 years of litigation experience; demonstrated background and interest in employment law.
Junior Associ The candidate will have the opportunity to handle appearances in court or arbitration and in depositions as soon as possible. Junior lawyers have significant writing responsibility, with all writing reviewed and edited heavily by senior lawyers so that young lawyers develop their writing
Senior Associate The candidate must have significant writing experience. Experience in running cases and standing on feet in courts and arbitrations is helpful.
