SUMMARY: The United States Trustee Program (USTP) is seeking law student volunteers for the spring of 2025. This is an excellent opportunity for students interested in bankruptcy, litigation, administrative law, policy, and legislation. The USTP is a litigating component of the Department of Justice (DOJ) whose mission is to promote the integrity and efficiency of the bankruptcy system.
