Job Description:
- Plan, develop, and deliver IT training courses and blended learning programs for all firm's technology
- Includes desktop applications, Intranet based programs, mobile devices, and security
- Deliver training to attorneys and staff across various areas such as new hire, continuous development, and project-related training
- Conduct virtual training sessions and one-to-one coaching using various media
- Develop and design training courses for firm's technology
- Align training to LTC4 Core Competencies and administer LTC4 Certifications
- Create high-quality supporting courseware including workbooks, manuals, quick reference guides, and task sheets
- Maintain accurate training records for CPD and CLE compliance
- Assist with delivery of firm-wide Technology projects
- Learn and test new Technology systems and training material for future projects or roll-outs
- Conduct training needs analyses and develop programs to address gaps in knowledge
- Participate in projects and meetings
- Develop eLearning courses and other online tools for global users

Requirements:
- Degree from four-year accredited college or university
- Minimum 1 year of related training experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience delivering remote training sessions within a law firm or professional services environment

Salary Information:
- Anticipated total compensation range: $63,000 to $100,000
- Actual compensation dependent on factors such as relevant experience, performance, qualifications, degrees, and location

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced individual to plan, develop, and deliver IT training courses and blended learning programs for all our technology systems. This is a full-time position that can be based in any US location within the Pacific or Mountain time zone, with the opportunity for remote work.

As a Technology Trainer, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of technology, including desktop applications, Intranet based programs, mobile devices, and security. You will also have the chance to deliver training to both attorneys and staff, covering areas such as new hire onboarding, continuous development, and project-related training. In addition, you will have the opportunity to contribute to firm-wide Technology projects and develop eLearning courses and other online tools for our global users.

To be successful in this role, we require a degree from a four-year accredited college or university and a minimum of 1 year of related training experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience delivering remote training sessions within a law firm or professional services environment is also required.

We offer a competitive compensation package with an anticipated total range of $63,000 to $100,000, dependent on factors such as relevant experience, performance, qualifications, degrees, and location.
