Law Firm Seeking Experienced Toxic Tort Associate Attorney in California

At MG+M, we approach litigation as a unified team, working closely with our clients to achieve optimal results at the best value. As an associate attorney, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our senior lawyers, handling local and national accounts throughout the state of California. You will also have the chance to independently manage a litigation caseload, conduct depositions, prepare witnesses for deposition and trial, review and analyze discovery requests, and more.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you must have a minimum of two (2) years of experience in one or more of the following practice areas: complex litigation, toxic tort liability, or environmental liability. You must also have a Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and be admitted to practice in the state of California. Experience with motion practice and depositions is required, as well as the ability to work independently, in an organized and efficient manner. Superior research and writing skills, the ability to multi-task, and the capability to analyze complex matters are also essential.
