H2: Job Responsibilities
- Support efforts to maintain and enhance **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.'s information security position
- Counsel teams in developing products with security by design
- Review and provide guidance on cybersecurity plans
- Support and oversee the company's information sharing posture
- Stay up-to-date on regulatory compliance and engage with relevant authorities
- Travel domestically and internationally as needed
H2: Minimum Qualifications
- . degree (or foreign equivalent)
- Active membership in at least one US state bar and eligibility to obtain registered in-house counsel status
- 3+ years of legal experience
- Effective communication skills
H2: Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of practicing attorney experience
- 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity or privacy
- Relevant certifications (. CISSP, CISM, CIPP)
- Experience with data protection authorities, government cybersecurity, or Internet industry associations
- Knowledge of cybersecurity, data protection, criminal law, and national security laws
- Experience drafting and executing legal documents
