Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze legal documents and contracts
- Assess risk and liability, and identify ways to mitigate risk
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies
- Support Deputy GC with state registrations and firm licenses
- Coordinate with in-house counsel, contract managers, and operations
- Draft revisions and modifications to agreements
- Review and negotiate exceptions from vendors and subcontractors
- Provide contract support and advise project managers
- Deliver contract and risk management training
- Support Human Resources team with employment-related matters

Qualifications:
- 10+ years' experience in professional services and engineering/construction fields
- Familiarity with commercial and public contracting
- Knowledge of employment matters and litigation
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Education and Other Requirements:
- Bachelor's and JD degree
- Minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience
- Some travel required
