Paralegal - Litigation The candidate will draft simple pleadings and/or assist attorneys with major motions and filings; will perform cite-checking, fact-checking, and Blue Booking of legal memoranda and Shepardizing cases; will organize all necessary documents for witness interviews, depositions, hearings, trials, or arbitrations; will review, organize and maintain document databases for case tracking, discovery, and document production; will utilize legal software such as Relativity and litigation technology including eDiscovery, data rooms, and exiles documents in State and Federal Courts and coordinate service of documents; will locate and review information applicable to a particular case, person, or subject via online research or document reviews; will assist in the preparation of pretrial motions, trial binders, trial exhibits, etc; will assist attorneys at depositions, hearings, trials or arbitrations.
