**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***., a leading global law firm, is seeking a Knowledge Lawyer with experience in health, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and medical device and technology regulatory practices. The successful candidate will play a vital role in the firm's Knowledge Management team, developing and implementing strategies to ensure access to knowledge and information for delivering exceptional legal advice to clients.

Reporting directly to the Health, Pharmaceuticals & Biotechnology and Medical Device and Technology Practice Group leadership, the Knowledge Lawyer will also have a dotted line into the Regional Head of Knowledge. The role will involve working closely with the practice groups and other departments within the firm to drive efficiencies, promote a "knowledge-first" culture, and provide timely and valuable knowledge to clients.

Responsibilities include:

- Developing and implementing the knowledge strategy for the groups, working closely with the Regional Head of Knowledge
- Identifying and driving efficiencies in the group's practice of law, including exploring and piloting relevant legal technology and assisting with legal process improvement
- Leading the development of high-value thought leadership publications and identifying key legal developments and "hot topics" to showcase the firm's expertise
- Researching, monitoring, and analyzing legal, market, and industry developments and trends
- Leading the collection, drafting, maintenance, and updating of group knowledge, including a comprehensive library of model documents
- Developing and delivering training to associates, partners, and external clients
- Building relationships with lawyers and facilitating the sharing of knowledge and experience
- Collaborating with other Knowledge Lawyers supporting different practice/industry sector groups and participating in firm-wide knowledge community initiatives
- Identifying opportunities to generate business from new and existing clients through knowledge products and direct support to clients on knowledge management issues

Requirements:

- 5-7 years of practice experience in health, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and/or medical device law at a law firm, with the government or equivalent experience
- . with strong academic credentials and admission to the . Bar or bar of any state in which the firm has an office
- Excellent technical and personal skills, including the ability to work to a high standard, prioritize and manage time effectively, and work under pressure
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in a multi-cultural environment
- Ability to work within a large organizational structure and contribute to discussions and consensus-building
- Interest in the law, knowledge, and the use of legal technology in effective knowledge sharing
