Role and Responsibilities
Represent clients in complex commercial cases, including corporate governance disputes, securities cases, M&A litigation, and more
Provide top tier legal representation to public companies, private equity groups, and closely held businesses
Defend clients in legal malpractice cases and defamation/public access cases
Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement litigation strategies
Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including motions, briefs, and pleadings
Attend court hearings and trials
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and courts
Qualifications and Education Requirements
At least 5 years of litigation experience
Admission to the Florida Bar and in good standing
Previous experience with large law firms or judicial clerkship preferred
