Immigration Paralegal The candidate will docket review and managing visa expirations. Partner with attorneys to improve client management and process management. Prepare and delegation of H-1B, J-1, L-1, O-1, TN, E-1/E-2, EB-1, and other types of NIV and IV petitions. Prepare and oversight of PERM labor certification cases. Proactive consideration of all stages of the case. Assist on special projects as needed. Assume additional responsibilities as requested. Bachelor's degree is required. Should have 3+ years of business immigration experience. Experience in a law firm is preferred.
