Job Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as an Immigration Paralegal.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and other professionals.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
- Familiarity with immigration forms and processes.
- Experience with client intake and administrative tasks.

Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and file various immigration forms such as DS-160, I-130, I-601A, and more.
- Conduct research and gather relevant information for cases.
- Meet with clients to gather necessary documents.
- Communicate with clients and handle client calls.
- Maintain client folders and deadlines.
- Complete tasks assigned by upper management.
- Ensure clients receive exceptional customer service.
