Summary:

**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***., a global AmLaw 50 full-service law firm, is seeking two senior-level project finance attorneys with 5+ years of experience to join their Energy, Infrastructure, and Project Finance team. These positions can be based in any of their US offices. The ideal candidates should have experience in project finance work in the energy industry with a focus on either debt work or tax equity/M&A work. This is an opportunity to work with some of the largest and most innovative energy industry players on a variety of transactions related to renewable energy projects. The pay range for this position is $365,000 - $455,000 per year.

Experience Required:
5+ years in the energy industry at a large law firm with a national reputation or comparable in-house counsel role

Practice Area:
Real Estate, Energy, Environmental & Land Use

Location:
US (multiple locations available)

Salary:
$365,000 - $455,000 per year

Responsibilities:

- Represent clients in the development, acquisition, and financing of renewable energy projects
- Manage junior associates and the transaction process
- Draft and negotiate various debt and equity documents
- Communicate directly with clients and third-party advisors

Requirements:

- Strong academic credentials from top-tier law school
- Excellent oral communication, writing, research, and analytical skills
- Admitted to and a member in good standing with the state bar
