As a Senior Counsel, you will play a critical role in supporting **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.'s Product Team and providing regulatory advice on digital asset matters. You will be responsible for providing guidance on US and international laws and regulations related to digital assets and supporting the development of new products and services. This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative team at the forefront of the financial technology industry.

Responsibilities:

- Provide regulatory advice on US and international digital asset laws and regulations
- Support the Product Team in developing new digital asset products and services
- Address legal risks in a business-centric manner and develop processes to solve problems
- Stay up-to-date on relevant securities laws and developments in the digital currency space

Requirements:

- Juris Doctor degree and active law license in at least one state
- 12+ years of experience in fintech, banking, payments, or institutional financial services
- Familiarity with AML/CFT and sanctions regulations for digital assets globally
- Knowledge of US securities laws and regulations
- Passion for financial technology and experience in cryptocurrency, blockchain, or fintech
- Ability to navigate a complex and evolving regulatory environment
- Team player with a sense of humor and a desire to learn and mentor
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, and Apple MacOS preferred

Additional Information:
