Paralegal - Legal Assistant The candidate will support 2-3 attorneys in the firm's Community Association Law practice group. The position involves supporting the Firm's community association attorneys on a diverse range of litigation and non-litigation matters. Should have paralegal degree or certificate from an accredited institution, 2 years of experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant, and experience in the following areas: Assisting with initial case intake and evaluation; Calendaring and docket management; Drafting court pleadings and other court submissions; Drafting a wide range of legal documents including contracts and litigation documents (pleadings, discovery, motions, proposed orders, etc.); Litigation support; and E-filing materials with the Colorado state and federal courts; and Proficiency with the Microsoft Office software suite and creation and editing software.
