Law Firm Seeking PhD Scientist for Patent Law Career in Dallas

Job Title: IP&T Patent Agent or Technical Specialist
Experience: PhD in a life science discipline required
Salary: Competitive salary and benefits package offered

Responsibilities:

- Draft and prosecute domestic and foreign patent applications in the fields of biotechnology and life sciences
- Conduct technical research to support clients’ technology
- Provide technical support for the practice

Requirements:

- PhD in a life science discipline
- Law firm or PTO experience is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work overtime as needed
