This full-time position reports to the Lead Attorney(s) and is supervised by the Managing Partner. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in civil and estate litigation, strong technical and organizational skills, and a dedication to providing excellent client service.
Responsibilities include:
- Drafting legal documents and completing templates
- Monitoring court proceedings and managing case files and deadlines
- Acting as a client liaison and representative, providing updates on case progression
- Screening and triaging inquiries for legal services
- Coordinating lawyer calendars and arranging meetings and appointments
- Reviewing incoming correspondence and documents
- Assisting in preparing presentations and materials for seminars
- Managing clients’ accounts receivable and assisting with collections
Qualifications:
- Two or more years of experience in civil and estate litigation
- Strong technical and organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Word and Outlook
Salary:
The salary for this position ranges from $42,000 to $65,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
