Position Summary:

As a Labor Attorney with **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***., you will have the opportunity to utilize your labor law knowledge and 2+ years of experience in labor and employment law to represent premier local and national employers. This role will involve handling labor arbitrations, unfair labor practice charges, collective bargaining, union campaigns, and other related matters. You will also have the chance to work closely with clients, governmental agencies, and opposing counsel.

Key Responsibilities:

- Represent premier local and national employers in labor and employment law matters
- Handle labor arbitrations, unfair labor practice charges, collective bargaining, union campaigns, and other related matters

- Provide excellent written and analytical work
- Foster a respectful and collegial office environment
- Participate in regular all-attorney conferences and ongoing attorney development programs
- Travel as needed to fulfill job duties

Requirements:

- degree and current license to practice law in good standing
- 2+ years of experience in labor and employment law
- Completion of formal studies in labor law preferred
- Strong academic record
- Ability to travel as needed
