- 2-5 years of labor and employment experience required
- Litigation defense and advising employers on compliance with state and federal employment laws
- Familiarity with FMLA, ADA, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful discharge, and violation of wage law matters
- Traditional labor experience preferred (NLRB issues, collective bargaining, grievance/arbitration)
- Experience with depositions, motion arguments, and trial preparation
- Strong academic background and excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills
- Must be licensed to practice in Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania, or West Virginia
- Out of state candidates who are willing to sit for the bar exam or eligible for admission in one of these states will also be considered
