As a Manager, Advisory Services, Financial Crimes, your responsibilities will include overseeing and developing teams within our Financial Crimes practice, with a focus on anti-money laundering (AML) and sanctions compliance. You will lead diverse teams on complex engagements, oversee the execution of client solutions, and consult with key financial crimes personnel and stakeholders to understand their challenges and offer targeted solutions. Additionally, you will maintain an understanding of current industry issues, trends, and emerging regulatory requirements to contribute to go-to-market initiatives and proposals.
To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of five years of recent experience in financial crimes compliance, AML, sanctions, fraud prevention, or related areas, with at least one year in a leadership role. A bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field is required, and advanced degrees or certifications such as a Master of Business Administration (MBA), Juris Doctor (JD), Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS), or Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) are preferred. You should also have a significant understanding of common money laundering schemes and the AML and sanctions legal and regulatory environment, as well as excellent interpersonal, analytical, and presentation skills.
