International Employment Attorney
The candidate will interact frequently with other offices in the firm's global employment practice. Conduct employment diligence and advise on employment aspects of corporate transactions. Draft and negotiate employment, retention and related agreements. Advise on reductions in force and other employee terminations. Draft restrictive covenants and counsel on employee mobility. Provide advice and counsel to emerging companies in all aspects of employment law. Support cross-border and global employment work. Must have a JD with 5+ years of employment counseling experience (domestic and/ or international). Direct and applicable AmLaw 100 law firm experience is preferred. International counseling experience is strongly preferred. Must have immediately transferable skills and a strong academic background from a nationally recognized law school. A license to practice in the jurisdiction in which one is applying is required.
