Paralegal, Corporate and Commercial Finance ?The candidates responsibilities include: corporate formation and drafting initial corporate governance documents, preparing corporate resolutions and closing certificates, preparing due diligence documentation and assisting with closings, including organizing, proofreading and tracking documents; preparing summaries in connection with disclosure documents, coordinating the execution of closing documents; assisting with researching federal, state and local laws, and preparing UCC and other required be detail-oriented, and have good judgment and problem solving skills and be able to manage multiple priorities within time constraints. Should also be proactive self-starters with demonstrated experience maintaining high quality work product in a fast-paced team-oriented environment. Strong oral and written communication skills, organizational and interpersonal skills are necessary to be successful in this position. Required Experience: Should have a four-year college degree or significant relevant work experience in place of college degree. Prior paralegal experience and/or paralegal certificate preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and AdobePro are required. Flexibility to work overtime and travel to client sites, as needed.
