Cohen Seglias, a leading law firm in Philadelphia, is seeking a Construction Litigation Associate to join our team. If you have a strong background in construction or commercial litigation, along with excellent academic credentials and legal research and writing skills, we want to hear from you.

Requirements:
- Minimum of three years experience in construction or commercial litigation
- Strong academic credentials, preferably with law review experience
- Licensed in Pennsylvania, with proficiency in state and federal civil procedures
- Preferably licensed in at least one other jurisdiction

Responsibilities:
- Analyze facts and conduct legal research related to private and public construction matters
- Draft pleadings and handle motion practice in state and federal courts
- Represent clients in bid protests and claims before various boards and agencies
- Provide litigation support to trial counsel
