Helsell Fetterman, a reputable and established law firm in Seattle, is seeking an experienced Estate Planning & Probate Associate to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with at least three years of experience to support high net worth probate and estate planning matters.

Job Title: Estate Planning & Probate Associate
Experience: Minimum of three years
Salary: $125, - $153, per year
Location: Seattle, Washington
Department: Estate Planning and Probate Practice Group

Responsibilities:
- Provide support for high net worth probate and estate planning matters
- Take a strategic and leadership role in the cases you support
- Develop strong client and interpersonal relationships
- Utilize both hard skills (drafting, writing, research) and soft skills (client communication, relationship building)
- Work closely with partners to receive mentorship and guidance
- Administer taxable estates, including preparation of trust and estate accountings and tax returns
- Offer innovative solutions and a team approach to problem solving

Qualifications:
- Minimum of three years of experience in estate planning and probate
- Master of Law in Taxation (LLM) preferred
- Licensed to practice law in Washington State
- Washington State Bar membership is required
- Strong understanding of estate planning and probate laws and procedures
