As a Senior Contracts Paralegal at **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***., you will play a crucial role in supporting our legal team and various business units. With a focus on vendor contract administration, this role will utilize our advanced contract management platform, Redlaw, to draft, review, negotiate, and administer contracts. We are looking for a motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn and take on novel projects. This is a remote position, with the option to work from our headquarters in Charlotte, NC.

Responsibilities:

- Support vendor contract administration using Redlaw, our advanced contract management platform
- Collaborate with attorneys and internal business clients to draft, maintain, and implement form agreements and contract playbooks
- Conduct legal and regulatory research and provide guidance at the direction of counsel
- Provide general legal support for a variety of matters, including litigation, intellectual property, employment law, corporate governance, and M&A
- Generate form letters, such as termination letters and takedown notices

Requirements:

- Associate's or Bachelor's degree required; paralegal certificate preferred
- 5+ years of paralegal experience preferred, but well-qualified candidates with less experience will be considered
- Prior in-house experience is a plus
- 3+ years experience drafting, reviewing, redlining, and negotiating commercial contracts
- Knowledge of digital marketing, consulting, and/or services industries is a plus
- Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team setting
- Ability to take on new projects, learn new areas of law, and work independently or in teams
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to handle multiple stakeholders and identify efficiency opportunities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Strong computer skills and adaptability to new technology
- Professional judgment, attitude, and a sense of humor
- Analytical skills to assess and improve processes and systems
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with internal business and sales teams, including senior leaders as appropriate
- Ability to balance workload and prioritize duties

Compensation:

- Cash Compensation Range: $90,000 - $115,000*
- *Note: actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications, and experience.
