Immigration Paralegal The candidate will provide general immigration and corporate support to attorneys across multiple office locations and will interact with external clients as well as internal support staff. This is a nonexempt administrative position that reports to the Office Administrator and assigned attorneys. The Paralegal will work a regular schedule as determined by the Office Administrator/HR and/or the assigned attorneys. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: The essential functions of this position include preparation and filing of a wide variety of non-immigrant, and immigrant employment petitions, family petitions, visa applications, PERM labor certification applications, applications for adjustment of status, and applications for . citizenship. Should have 5+ years of business immigration experience preparing and handling a variety of employment based non-immigrant petitions and immigrant petitions, PERM labor certifications, visa applications and applications for adjustment of status. Should possess strong writing skills, experience with an immigration based forms and document management system, have excellent case management and organizational skills and be able to work independently.
