H2: Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Train and mentor new managers
- Conduct bi-weekly meetings with assigned managers to discuss department volume, client issues, and workflow
- Review client scorecards and update processes to improve department performance
- Manage and coordinate foreclosure improvement projects
- Monitor foreclosure volume and resource utilization of assigned managers
- Assist with client escalations when necessary
- Meet with Managing Attorney(s) bi-weekly to discuss overall firm management and special projects
- Attend GPS ruleset meetings and monitor court and county trends
- Conduct reviews and coachings for assigned managers
- Ensure adherence to internal deadline policies
- Review reports and workbenches to ensure timely file flow
- Address failing metrics with assigned managers and problem-solve resolutions
- Attend client conference calls and participate in manager and team lead interviews
- Respond to client inquiries and calls in a timely manner
- Additional duties as assigned and/or as business needs dictate

- Ability to lead and motivate departmental staff
- Legal and/or banking experience preferred
- Strong computer and keyboarding skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong comprehension and problem-solving abilities

- Ability to work in a team environment and meet changing priorities and deadlines

H2: Experience and Education

- 5+ years of experience as a department manager/supervisor
- Foreclosure experience helpful but not necessary
- Mortgage or banking background highly desired

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $73,374 and $91,256/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits), dependent on the position offered. The pay range for this position is between $73,374 and $91,256/year, with potential for variation based on individual factors.
