- Responsible for conducting consultations with potential clients, managing intake software, and communicating case details and pricing structures.
- Must have excellent telephone skills, knowledge of criminal law and law enforcement agencies, and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences.
