WJCB is seeking experienced Workers’ Compensation Defense Attorneys to join our team in various locations across Georgia, South Carolina, and North Carolina. Responsibilities:

- Represent clients in workers’ compensation defense cases
- Conduct legal research and provide accurate and timely advice to clients
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Attend hearings and trials as needed
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in cases
- Collaborate with team members to strategize and effectively handle cases
- Meet billable hour requirements

Requirements:

- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar in Georgia, South Carolina, or North Carolina
- At least 3 years of experience in Workers’ Compensation Defense
- Strong legal research and writing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
