Associate Foreclosure Attorney The candidate will do preparation of pleadings and motions. Court appearances for motions, conferences, and mediations. Legal research and writing. Written and oral communication with clients, outside counsel, and Court personnel, among others. General litigation. Should have 3+ years of experience. Should be admitted to practice in North Carolina, including respective federal district courts. A portable book of business is a plus. Admitted to practice in other states is a plus. A positive, respectful, growth-oriented mentality is needed. Experience drafting pleadings, appearing in court, and researching legal issues are needed. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential. Strong work ethic with the ability to balance and prioritize a high volume workload.
