Job Summary:
As an Associate General Counsel – Employment, you will serve as a key partner with other lawyers in the General Counsel’s office as well as partners and business professionals across the firm. Your responsibilities will include providing legal support for multi-jurisdictional workplace policies and processes, drafting key employee agreements, managing workplace grievances and litigation, and collaborating with professionals from various departments within the firm. You will also have the opportunity to identify and implement improvements in these processes to align with the firm’s strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Provide risk-based counseling and guidance on global employment law and adjacent matters
- Serve as a key resource for business leaders and HR professionals regarding multi-jurisdictional issues
- Draft key employee and partner agreements in a variety of jurisdictions
- Provide counsel for global workplace grievances, pre-litigation claims, and litigation
- Select and manage relevant outside counsel within budgetary guidelines
- Collaborate with professionals from across the firm to draw on their specialist expertise
- Identify, design, and implement improvements in processes on a continuous basis
- Maintain a current knowledge of legal issues through participation in continuing legal education and membership in appropriate associations
Qualifications:
- . from an accredited institution
- Admission to the state bar in at least one . jurisdiction
- Minimum 10 years legal practice experience in employment counseling and litigation
- Extensive experience with . employment laws and regulations
- Experience conducting and managing internal investigations related to employment matters
- Experience drafting a variety of workplace related agreements and policies
- Experience managing litigation, including managing outside counsel

Salary Information:
The anticipated full-time annualized salary range for this position is $275,, in cities such as New York, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Washington . The salary offer will be contingent upon various factors, including relevant experience, internal equity, market data, job location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
