The Role:
As an Energy Attorney at McNees Wallace & Nurick, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of matters related to the energy industry. Our team regularly advises clients on business, regulatory, and legal issues, providing you with exposure to a diverse range of cases. You will also have the chance to collaborate with our leading attorneys and develop your skills through hands-on experience and training opportunities.
Desired Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
Licensure in Pennsylvania (or the ability to become PA-barred within a year)
Interest or experience in energy law, including regulatory administrative litigation or renewable energy transactions
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent research, writing, and communication abilities
Self-motivated, driven, and detail-oriented
Willingness to travel to our Harrisburg, Pennsylvania office and attend regular hearings and meetings as needed
Compensation and Benefits:
At McNees Wallace & Nurick, we value our employees and offer a competitive compensation and benefits package, commensurate with experience. The annual salary range for this position is $108,000 - $129,000, with the potential for additional compensation through standard bonuses, profit sharing, and discretionary bonuses.
