• Boutique marital and family law firm in Miami-Dade County, Florida is looking for an associate attorney with five or more years of experience in marital and family ;


• Candidates should understand the legal issues related to dissolution of marriage, paternity, parenting plans, equitable distribution, alimony, child support, and other matters involved in marital and family law litigation;


• Responsibilities will include preparation of discovery, drafting of pleadings, financial affidavits, and settlement agreements, and attending hearings.

Qualifications:

• Member in good standing of The Florida Bar.


• 5+ years' experience in marital and family law.


• Effectively able to communicate with clients and members of the judiciary.


• Ability to manage and prioritize tasks in a busy office.


• Strong work ethic and ability to manage your own cases.
