Job Title: Litigation Associate

Responsibilities:
• Conduct legal research and gather evidence for cases
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Prepare for and attend trials and hearings
• Conduct depositions and witness interviews
• Analyze and interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for clients
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and the court system
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff on cases
• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations
Qualifications:
• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in litigation
• Experience in employment law, medical malpractice, and/or municipal law preferred
• Strong knowledge of federal and state litigation procedures
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
