Summary:
- Senior Principal Analyst, MS Operations, Procedures and Standards position available in all FINRA locations.
- Full-time position with hybrid work environment and extended hours as needed.
- Responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining operations, procedures, standards, and reporting.
- Leads the establishment of centralized operational processes to increase efficiency and minimize duplication.
- Must have at least 8 years of experience in accounting, audit, legal, compliance, or related field.
- Bachelor's degree required, major in relevant field and industry certifications a plus.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and expert working knowledge of securities industry rules and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and diplomacy skills.
- Must be able to work independently and manage multiple complex assignments.
- Salary range varies by location, but candidates can expect offers from the minimum to the mid-point of the range.
