Paralegal - OGC The candidate will provide critical para-professional and administrative support in several areas of the Office of General Counsel operations and risk management. Assist in the management of professional liability claims and subpoenas, compliance activities, due diligence functions, and various projects in a variety of other risk areas, including analysis of firm client data. Work side by side with lawyers on an array of substantive client matters. Must have a Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate with 3 years experience in a litigation practice; experience handling sensitive and confidential matters; familiarity with Relativity and other eDiscovery tools; experience utilizing databases and analyzing the output; ability to manage a high volume of tasks in a timely manner; excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills; superior organizational skills and highly detail-oriented skills. Should preferably have Large firm experience; strong Excel skills.
