Job Title: M&A Associate

Responsibilities and Duties

As an M&A Associate in our Corporate Department/M&A Group, you will be responsible for:

- Assisting with all aspects of M&A transactions, including due diligence, drafting and negotiating agreements, and closing transactions
- Conducting legal research and drafting memos on various M&A topics
- Communicating with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in M&A transactions
- Managing and delegating tasks to junior associates and paralegals
- Keeping up-to-date with changes in M&A laws and regulations

Qualifications and Experience

To be considered for this position, you must have:

- 3-6 years of experience in M&A law
- A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
