McKesson, a Fortune 10 company in the healthcare industry, is seeking a Sr. Legal Specialist to support their Community Pharmacy and Healthcare Solutions business unit. This is a hybrid role, with the option to work remotely or onsite in Atlanta, Georgia or Dallas, Texas. The successful candidate will have strong contract drafting and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects and partner with various business and legal colleagues. This role will provide exposure to a variety of healthcare regulatory, antitrust, corporate governance, franchise law, and consumer protection issues.

Responsibilities:
• Provide support for pharmacy services administrative organization (Health Mart Atlas) including membership and service contracting with pharmacies and assisting with payor/PBM agreement negotiations and renewals
• Support retail pharmacy franchise operations (Health Mart) by handling franchise contracting for independent pharmacies, service agreement contracting with hospital-affiliated pharmacies, and vendor contracting with partners offering clinical, administrative, or operational services through the Health Mart franchise
• Assist with marketing activities for Community Pharmacy, such as social media, newsletters, and promotional materials
• Partner with business colleagues to understand commercial objectives and create agreements and supporting materials
• Manage multiple projects with various stakeholders concurrently
• Collaborate and coordinate with legal and compliance colleagues
Key Skills:
• Excellent commercial contract drafting skills
• Superb interpersonal skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail
• Ability to draft quality contracts efficiently while minimizing risk and achieving customer satisfaction
• Strong business acumen
• Ability to work with a large team to seek efficiencies for legal support
• Aptitude to manage multiple projects in a timely manner
Education:
• 2-year Associates degree and/or Paralegal Certificate with 5+ years of related work experience
OR
• 4-year Bachelor's degree (Preferred) with 7+ years of related work experience
Salary:
McKesson offers a competitive compensation package based on performance, experience, skills, equity, job market evaluations, and geographical markets. The base pay range for this position is $88,500 - $147,500. Other forms of compensation, such as annual bonuses or long-term incentives, may also be offered.
