Job Overview:

Duties:

• Manage and handle insurance defense cases independently.
• Assist with preparing cases for trial, including drafting legal documents and trial strategies.
• Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and other court documents.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings and mediations.
• Work collaboratively with the legal team to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.

Requirements:

• Experience in the area of insurance defense.
• Ability to handle multiple cases and manage a variety of tasks independently.
• Admission to practice law in Pennsylvania is required.
• Admission to practice in New Jersey is a plus.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Pennsylvania state bar license.
• New Jersey bar admission preferred but not required.
