In this hybrid role, you will provide administrative support, project management, and legal assistance to various departments within the company, including Corporate Counsel, Compliance, International Legal, and Intellectual Property.
Your primary responsibilities will include document preparation, managing invoices, organizing and maintaining corporate records, and maintaining a legal contract database. You will also be responsible for maintaining fiscal year budget trackers and liaising with outside counsel on budget-related matters. Additionally, you will assist with coordinating meetings and performing other assigned legal projects.
To be successful in this role, you must have at least an Associate's degree in a related field and 2 years of demonstrated experience in a similar position. Notary public certification is preferred. You should also have strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, Thomson Reuters Legal Tracker, and Oracle. As a self-starter, you must be able to work well within a team environment and handle multiple priorities under pressure.
