Job Description Summary:

This position will focus on startup, venture capital, and emerging company representation and can be based in any of our offices in Silicon Valley, New York, San Francisco, Washington ., Seattle, or Santa Monica. Candidates with experience or an interest in technology and life sciences companies are preferred. Job Description:
**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.'s corporate group provides services to technology and life sciences companies at all stages of development, from early startups to mature, publicly traded corporations. As a mid-to-senior level corporate associate, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and gain experience in a variety of corporate legal matters.
Responsibilities may include:
- Providing legal advice and support to clients in various industries, with a focus on startup and venture capital matters
- Drafting and negotiating corporate agreements, including financing, M&A, and commercial contracts
- Conducting due diligence and assisting with corporate transactions
- Advising clients on corporate governance and compliance matters
Qualifications:
- Minimum of three years of experience in a sophisticated corporate law practice
- Barred in the state of the office you are applying for or eligible to sit/waive into the next bar exam
- Experience or interest in technology and life sciences companies
- Excellent academic credentials and strong communication skills
- Previous law firm experience preferred

The anticipated salary range for this position is $260,000 - $390,000, but the actual base salary may vary based on qualifications and location. Additional information about employee eligibility for benefits and discretionary bonus will be provided upon request.
