Job Title: Senior IT Project Manager
Salary: $94,000 - $176,000
Location: Boston, Charlotte, Dallas, Houston, Kansas City, Nashville, New York, Pittsburgh, Seattle, Washington, DC
Experience: 10 years of IT experience and 5 years of technical project management experience
Education: Four-year degree in Computer Science or related field

Responsibilities:
- Manage IT projects, including meeting facilitation, issue and risk management, budget forecasting, and communication activities
- Provide strategic advice and consult on effective IT business processes
- Follow standard project methodology and enforce project standards
- Review project deliverables and ensure quality before submission to clients
- Minimize project risks and keep stakeholders informed of project progress
- Develop project plans, schedules, and cost estimates
- Direct and coordinate project teams and delegate workload effectively
- Communicate regularly with project team members and management
- Participate in establishing goals and objectives for IT department
- Represent projects to internal components and communicate with management regarding project status
- Obtain necessary approvals for project initiatives
Requirements:
- 10 years of IT experience and 5 years of technical project management experience
- PMP certification and strong knowledge of project management tools
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage time and resources effectively
- Experience with various information systems and technologies
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Strong knowledge of project management methodology
- Goal-oriented and results-focused
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Working Conditions:
