Negotiation/Modification Paralegal The candidate will join expanding negotiation/modification department. Prefer experience in either negotiation and/or modifications. Negotiation with various debts including: 1. Business debit, 2. Credit card debt, 3. Mortgage short sales, 4. Mortgage modifications 5. Tax debt. Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Should have strong customer service skills. Should have strong organization skills and be detailed oriented. Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. Some college or paralegal studies preferred or strong work experience in negotiations/modifications.
