Paralegal The candidate' must be an experienced and energetic paralegal to assist with the firm 's nationally recognized corporate bankruptcy practice, a's well a's a diverse busines's litigation and catastrophic personal injury practice. We handle a wide range of case's that include wrongful death, trucking negligence, fraudulent transfers, complex bankruptcy matter's (Chapter's 5, 7, and 11), product liability, sex assault, and residential and commercial shooting cases. We are seeking paralegal candidate's who foster a teamwork mentality, have excellent communication skills, are problem-solvers, and are willing to take ownership of their job. Job Responsibilities: Assist with drafting, responding to, and serving discovery; Fact investigation and light legal research; Document and medical record's review; Drafting Rep Letters, LOP's, Lien verification requests; Case organization and management; E-filing in state and federal court's in Texas, Arkansa's and Oklahoma; Calendaring and scheduling; Trial preparation; Client communication; E-Filing and e-Service; Preferred Job Qualifications: 3+ year's a's a paralegal or legal assistant; Civil litigation experience; Bachelor 's degree and/or paralegal certificate from ABA approved program.
