Law Firm Seeking Experienced Litigation Paralegal for Full-Time Position in Beverly Hills, CA
- Competitive salary ranging from $70,000 - $110,000 per year based on qualifications and experience

- Opportunity to attend annual trial college in Los Cabos, Mexico
- Must be willing to work in downtown Los Angeles or Beverly Hills offices, not a remote or hybrid position
Responsibilities:
- Court filings and eFiling for state and federal cases
- Tracking statute of limitations
- Handling discovery processes, including propounding and responding
- Reserving court hearing dates
- Preparing subpoena objections and stipulations for trial continuances
- Organizing team meetings and expert retention
- Sending materials to experts for review, including transcripts
- Noticing depositions and drafting CMC statements and initial trial setting conference statements
Required Skills and Experience:
- Exceptional organizational skills
- High proficiency with technology, including Office365, CA Code of Civil Procedure and Local Rules, and CRM/CMS
- Minimum of 3 years experience in civil litigation, bachelor's degree required (unless experience exceeds 5 years)
- Bilingual in Spanish
