Job Title: Advisor, Collaboration Services (250000FH) - White & Case Law Firm

Job Description:
- Plan and administer Real Estate & Design projects for the law firm
- Coordinate with team members and vendors to ensure timely completion of projects
- Provide guidance on CAD drawings and floor plans
- Manage project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders
- Determine needed resources and effectively manage project budget
- Act as a bridge between RE&D team and Technology department
- Ensure project artifacts are complete and stored appropriately
- Develop meeting cadence to facilitate team performance

Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of coordination experience in Technology Management
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, building science, or relevant field
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred
- Familiarity with Waterfall and Agile methodologies
- Strong understanding of relevant technologies
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Proficient in utilizing various technology platforms
- Organizational and time-management abilities
- Team player with a collaborative mindset
- Ability to read and understand project construction plans

Location & Reporting:
- Based in Washington . office
- Reports to Manager, Collaboration Services

Salary Information:
- Salary range for Washington . market: 83,600 - 136,400 USD yearly
- Salary range in other markets will vary based on cost of living and other factors
