Responsibilities
As a Settlement Negotiator at **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***., you will:
Evaluate bodily injury claims
Assess potential exposure
Identify potential issues to enhance case value
Analyze the cost-effectiveness of litigation versus settlement
Proactively pursue settlement strategies
Correspond with clients, providers, and insurance companies
Maintain accurate records and handle administrative responsibilities
Bring a positive and team-oriented attitude to our Los Angeles office
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you should have:
At least two years of experience negotiating bodily injury claims
A valid license in good standing with the California State Bar (preferred)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong ability to meet deadlines
Typing speed of at least 40wpm
Ability to handle assigned cases efficiently
Compensation
We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000, depending on experience.

As a Settlement Negotiator in our Personal Injury Pre-litigation department, you will have the opportunity to negotiate the largest wrongful death, TBI, catastrophic injury, and major orthopedic settlements achievable. This role requires evaluating bodily injury claims, assessing potential exposure, identifying potential issues to enhance case value, and analyzing the cost-effectiveness of litigation versus settlement.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you should have at least two years of experience negotiating bodily injury claims, whether on the plaintiff or defense side. A valid license in good standing with the California State Bar is preferred, but not required. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are a must, as well as the ability to meet deadlines and handle assigned cases efficiently.
Compensation
We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000, depending on experience.
