Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for: draft written discovery specifically tailored to each case, review and organize discovery received from opposing parties, draft pleadings and correspondence, prepare sworn affidavits, prepare medical summaries, file pleadings electronically, direct client contact, research court rules, manage attorney calendar meetings and court appearances, and other attorney support. Should have 2-3 years of paralegal experience and having drafted and responded to discovery. Should preferably have 2 years of paralegal experience in personal injury, worker's compensation and/or medical malpractice. Must have strong oral and written communication skills. Experience in dictation preferred. Must be experienced in personal injury law, worker's compensation and/or medical malpractice.
