Job Responsibilities:
- Represent banks in significant commercial foreclosure cases, bankruptcy matters, UCC sales, collections, lender liability, and other creditors' rights work
- Handle a large case load and assist multiple partners and clients simultaneously
- Utilize strong information technology skills to facilitate a less paper-intensive practice approach
- Communicate progress and developments on a given matter to stakeholders, clients, and team colleagues
- Contribute to the overall rapport, collaboration, and collective success of the parties involved
Qualifications:
