Law Firm Seeking Litigation Attorney in Irvine, CA
**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***., an established insurance defense litigation firm, is looking for a highly motivated Litigation Attorney with a minimum of 2 plus years of experience to join our team in Irvine. This role will also require occasional travel to Los Angeles, surrounding counties, and central and northern California for court appearances and depositions. Prior insurance defense experience is required.
Responsibilities:
- Drafting Case Management Orders and court appearances
- Organizing and analyzing case information and providing reports to carriers
- Propounding and responding to written discovery
- Drafting law and motion documents
- Meeting and coordinating with clients and experts
- Attending site inspections
- Taking and defending depositions, including experts
- Preparing for trial, with potential for first and second-chair experience

- Strong analytical, writing, and research skills
- Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
